About Us
Built in the 17th century, this half-timbered house is located in the centre of Livarot, the birthplace of the wooden cheese box and Livarot cheese. Everything you need for a relaxing stay in the countryside is within walking distance, including restaurants, grocery shops, boutiques and tourist attractions. The coast and beach are 53 km (50 min by car) from Deauville. On the ground floor, you enter the kitchen and dining room. To the left of the kitchen is the separate toilet and the bathroom with bath and shower. Straight ahead, past the kitchen, is the living room with a double sofa bed (140 x 190 cm), and just beyond, the stairs lead to the bedroom upstairs. This bedroom has two beds on either side of the room: a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a twin bed (120 x 190 cm). A folding cot, including linen, is also available free of charge. Your garden includes a barbecue, outdoor dining table, parasol, deckchair and garden furniture with sofa, two chairs and table. There is plenty of space for children and dogs to run around and enjoy the fresh air. A public playground and skatepark are just a minute's walk away. The garden is private and fenced, and shared only with the owners.

E. Graindorge Fromagerie
Established in Livarot in 1910, E. Graindorge Fromagerie is a cheese factory located in the heart of the Pays d'Auge region. Several generations of cheesemakers, with identical values and expertise, have succeeded one another in producing Livarot and Pont l'Evêque, Norman PDO cheeses.
Since 2004, the Cheese Village has offered daily complimentary tours of the factory: a unique concept where visitors discover the cheesemaking workshops through a corridor of glass galleries, allowing them to understand the different stages of Norman cheesemaking, from the arrival of the milk to the packaging of the cheeses (films, explanatory panels, and games). A complimentary tasting and gift shop are at the conclusion of your visit.
Caen
Caen is a port city and capital of Calvados department in northern France's Normandy region. Its center features the Château de Caen, a circa-1060 castle built by William the Conqueror. It stands on a hill flanked by the Romanesque abbeys of Saint-Étienne and Sainte-Trinité, which both date from the same period. The multimedia Mémorial museum is devoted to World War II, the 1944 Battle of Normandy and the Cold War.
Étretat
Étretat is a town on the north coast of France. It’s known for the striking rock formations carved out of its white cliffs, including the Porte d'Aval arch and L'Aiguille (the Needle), a pillar rising up from the sea. To the north, the cliffside Chapelle Notre-Dame de la Garde has dramatic views. Le Vieux Marché is a market hall in town. Nearby, Le Clos Lupin villa was once home to French author Maurice Leblanc.
Honfleur
Honfleur is a city in the department of Calvados, in northern France's Normandy region. It's on the estuary where the Seine river meets the English Channel. The Vieux-Bassin (old harbor), lined with 16th- to 18th-century townhouses, has been a subject for artists including Claude Monet and native son Eugène Boudin. Nearby is 15th-century St. Catherine's Church, a vaulted timber structure erected by shipbuilders.
